GeneID: 419

Common Name: NBAS Type: Gene
Chromosome: 2 (NC_000002.12) Locus: NG_032964.1 (NBAS)
HUGO Symbol: NBAS Full Name: NBAS subunit of NRZ tethering complex
Exons: 52 Introns: 51

The NBAS gene encodes a protein, originally identified in neuroblastoma cells, that is thought to function as a component of an endoplasmic reticulum (ER) tethering complex involved in the Golgi–ER retrograde transport of vesicles.
